Chef Penny Moline teaches Culinary Arts at Davis Applied Technology College and serves as an adjunct instructor at Salt Lake Community College. Penny trained at the renowned Lenôtre School in Paris, worked in fine dining restaurants, and was the Executive Pastry Chef at the only fine dining restaurant inside the media center during the 2002 Winter Olympics.
