Chef Lynn Sheehan graduated from the California Culinary Academy and studied with chefs in France, Spain, Italy and NYC. She was Executive Chef at celebrated Bay Area restaurants Postrio, Masa’s, Vertigo, and Mecca. She was the featured Chef at the James Beard House in New York and was culinary ambassador for Women Chefs & Restaurateurs (WCR) in Japan in 2004.
Chef Lynn’s restaurant, Cucina Gemelli has recently relocated to the Historic “Old Town” District of Twin Falls. Their new space, full of hundred-year-old wood, big windows and exposed beams, shares the character and integrity of Cucina Gemelli’s artisanal, handcrafted food.
