Jane Deal wrote the book on cooking with cheese! Ballard’s Idaho Golden Greek cheese that is. Jane will show us some of her creations form her new cookbook as well as some other cheesy delights.
Jane Deal was co-owner of Wild Rice's Catering and the Ein Tisch Inn from 1999-2009. She now teaches cooking classes in Hagerman and Gooding. Jane has a new catering business at Sweet Inspiration, called Sweet Deal Catering. She works closely with The Thunderbird Cafe' in Hagerman. She has been a regular quest on Tasty Tuesday’s for the Rise and Shine Southern Idaho and is on the staff at Ballard Cheese in Gooding.
