Brian is committed to sustainable choices, including designing his home menu around the produce in his garden and at the local farmers’ market. Brian has delighted audiences at Rudy’s with his culinary creations and his enthusiasm for food at First Friday as well as several wine classes.
Judi Baxter, long time Twin Falls resident, loves to cook (and eat!) almost as much as she loves to read! Having the opportunity to talk about a book while sampling delicious food makes this bibliophile very happy indeed! She has shared her passion for fresh homemade bread and authentic Danish pastries at Rudy's as well as assisting with as many classes as she can fit into her schedule.
