Chef Mark Wilkerson received his formal, culinary training from
Western Culinary in Portland, OR. Chef Mark is a member
of the American Culinary Federation-Idaho Chefs de Cuisine
chapter and has held the Executive Chef Positions at Sun
Valley's Elkhorn Resort, Bella Aquila, Idaho Center in Idaho
and Oswego Lake Country Club and Eugene Hotel in Oregon.
