Lefse is a traditional soft Norwegian flatbread made from potatoes, milk or cream and flour and cooked on a griddle. Come enjoy this free event. The Nelson Sisters’ lefse demos have become a tasty tradition here at Rudy’s. There will be lots of tasting, almost always singing and sometimes music! Don’t miss the fun!
