With Pastry Chef Vincent Carpenter

Do you love to bake bread, or have you always wanted to learn? Then come get your
hands in the bread dough with Pastry Chef Vincent Carpenter.
Learn how to work with a pre-ferment to achieve the maximum flavor of your dough. During
this class you will also learn how to mix and add variety to traditional baguette dough, get
experience shaping and slashing loaves and learn steaming techniques for home ovens.

Vincent's Bio:
Pastry Chef Vincent Carpenter a Miami native discovered his passion for baking at a
young age. A graduate of Johnson & Wales, with degrees in Pastry Arts and Food Service
Management, Chef Carpenter has worked in such establishments as the Pelican Nest Golf Club
and the Ritz Carlton Beach & Golf Resorts in Florida, and the Sun Valley Resort, here in Idaho.
He is slated to work with the new upscale Roxy’s Market in Ketchum.
